Return and Exchange Policy

If you find any problem with the product after receiving and unpacking, please contact our customer service department within 48 hours via email: info@mrnmrsmoon.com and provide the order number and photo proof. Customer service will generally reply within 1-2 working days.

  • Due to the relationship between lighting, shooting environment brightness and display, there may be slight color difference, which is a normal phenomenon. The color is subject to the actual product. We will not accept return or exchange due to color difference.
  • If the exchange involves shipping costs, the shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer must bear the return shipping costs.
  • Please pack the product properly before exchanging it and do not make any marks on the packaging.
  • If it involves human damage, no refund or exchange will be given.
  • No refunds are available.

Our store will not be responsible for any loss or return of mail due to any errors or omissions in the information. Customers need to bear the risks and may need to pay additional shipping fees for re-shipping.
